Your Name 2f6c3fc0c6 feat: 根據版本號格式決定是否標記 latest 
- 純數字版本（如 0.1.10）→ 同時標記 latest
- 測試版本（如 0.1.10.test）→ 僅標記版本號
- 使用正則表達式 ^[0-9]+\.[0-9]+\.[0-9]+$ 判斷
